Cozzie-Layers Shipping Policy (United Kingdom)

At Cozzie-Layers, we aim to get your orders to you quickly, safely, and affordably.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery times, shipping costs, international orders, and tracking information.



1. Order Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
• During busy seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.



2. Delivery Timeframes:

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom and select international destinations.

3. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

4. Shipping Addresses;

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We cannot be held responsible for:
• Delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Parcels returned to us as “undeliverable” (reshipping fees may apply)

Orders cannot be redirected once shipped.



5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders):

For international orders:
• Your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country.
• These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Cozzie-Layers is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.



6. Delayed or Lost Deliveries:

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:
1. Check the tracking information first.
2. Contact the courier for the latest status update.
3. If the issue persists, email us at support@cozzielayers.com / cozzielayers@gmail.com and we’ll assist in resolving it.

If your order is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.



7. Damaged Parcels:

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please:
• Take clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cozzielayers.com / cozzielayers@gmail.com

We’ll review the case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.



8. Pre-Orders and Backorders:

If an item is on pre-order or backorder:
• Estimated shipping times will be clearly stated on the product page.
• We’ll notify you via email if delays occur.
• Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately at no extra cost.



9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages:

If your parcel is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failure to collect from a delivery depot
• Refusal to pay customs fees

We’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional postage fees may apply).
If you choose not to have it resent, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
