Cozzie-Layers Return & Refund Policy (UK)
At Cozzie-Layers, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. This policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges — in full compliance with UK consumer law.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
If you purchase online from Cozzie-Layers, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason.
Once you notify us of your intention to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns:
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-returnable items:
We cannot accept returns for:
• Intimate apparel, undergarments, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
3. Return Shipping:
If you are returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return postage costs.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your receipt as proof of posting.
4. Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm.
If approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds include the original cost of standard delivery (if applicable), but not any upgraded shipping services (e.g., express or next-day delivery).
Partial refunds may apply if:
• The product shows signs of wear or damage
• Packaging is missing or incomplete

Need a different size, colour, or style?

If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
6. Faulty or Defective Items:
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to a full refund for faulty items returned within 30 days of receipt.
After 30 days (and up to six months), you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement, depending on the issue.

7. Cancellations Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may still return it under the terms of this policy.
